British electronica experimentalist, Jamie Lidell, returns to Bimbo's. Lidell’s extraordinary live shows careen from glitzy funkadelic extravaganzas to electronic avant-garde showpieces. He produces funky, addictive music that blends the sounds of mid-'60s Stax with his own brand of electronic disco. Lidell's latest album, "Compass", has just been released on Warp Records. It includes collaborators Feist, Beck, and Grizzly Bear's Chris Taylor. Undoubtedly, "Compass" is his most eclectic album yet.
