About Pearl Jam

Pearl Jam is a rock band formed in 1990 in Seattle. They have sold over thirty million records in the U.S., and an estimated sixty million worldwide. Pearl Jam rose to fame in 1991 with its debut album, Ten, to become the most popular American rock & roll band of the '90s. The band has received five American Music Awards from nine nominations, and one Grammy Award from fourteen nominations. Pearl Jam’s style is noticeably less heavy and harkens back to the classic rock music of the 1970s. The band was placed at number 21 on VH1's list of the 100 greatest artists of hard rock. Pearl Jam is truly an amazing band and an absolutely awesome live band! Top songs: Alive, Black, and Even Flow.
