About Black Sabbath

Black Sabbath are an English heavy metal band, formed in Birmingham in 1968 by Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward. The discography of Black Sabbath consists of 18 studio albums, 5 live albums, 44 singles, and 8 video albums. They have sold more than 100 million records worldwide. Black Sabbath were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006, and were placed second in VH1's 100 Greatest Artists of Hard Rock list. The original and best known line-up is frequently credited as the inventors of the heavy metal genre. Best known singles: Paranoid, War Pigs, Iron Man, Children of the Grave, and Changes. At this time, BLACK SABBATH will perform only one show of 2012 summer´s previously scheduled European tour. It will take place Sunday, June 10 at the ,U.K.´s Download Festival.
